تعليمات حذف البيانات
يمكنك حذف بياناتك المرتبطة بـ Zowof في أي وقت بإحدى الطرق التالية. نؤكد تنفيذ الطلب خلال 30 يومًا كحدّ أقصى.
أ) أنت صاحب نشاط/صفحة فيسبوك مربوطة بـ Zowof
- فصل الصفحة فورًا: سجّل الدخول إلى Zowof ← فيسبوك ← الصفحات ← زر فصل بجانب الصفحة. يتوقف استقبال رسائل وتعليقات الصفحة وتتعطّل رموز الوصول.
- إلغاء صلاحية التطبيق من فيسبوك: من حسابك على فيسبوك ← الإعدادات والخصوصية ← الإعدادات ← Business Integrations (أو «التطبيقات والمواقع») ← احذف تطبيق Zowof.
- حذف الرسائل والبيانات المخزّنة نهائيًا: راسلنا على info@zowof.com من بريد حسابك بعنوان «حذف بيانات فيسبوك» مع اسم الصفحة. نحذف الرسائل والتعليقات والمنشورات المخزّنة وبيانات الصفحة.
ب) أنت عميل راسل إحدى الصفحات وتريد حذف رسائلك
راسلنا على info@zowof.com بعنوان «طلب حذف بيانات» واذكر اسم الصفحة التي راسلتها واسم حسابك على فيسبوك (ويفضّل تاريخ تقريبي للمحادثة). نتحقق من الطلب ونحذف بياناتك من أنظمتنا خلال 30 يومًا، ونبلغك بالتنفيذ.
ج) إغلاق الحساب بالكامل
أرسل الطلب من البريد المسجّل في حسابك إلى info@zowof.com. نحذف قاعدة بيانات نشاطك والنسخ المرتبطة بها، باستثناء ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به قانونًا.
Data Deletion Instructions
You can delete your data connected to Zowof at any time. We complete requests within 30 days at the latest.
A) You own a business / Facebook Page connected to Zowof
- Disconnect the Page immediately: sign in to Zowof → Facebook → Pages → Disconnect next to the Page. We stop receiving its messages and comments and its access tokens stop working.
- Revoke the app on Facebook: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → remove Zowof.
- Permanently delete stored data: email info@zowof.com from your account email with the subject "Facebook data deletion" and the Page name. We delete the stored messages, comments, posts and Page data.
B) You messaged a Page and want your messages deleted
Email info@zowof.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and include the name of the Page you messaged and your Facebook account name (and an approximate date). We verify the request, delete your data from our systems within 30 days and confirm by email.
C) Close your whole account
Send the request from the email registered on your account to info@zowof.com. We delete your business database and related copies, except what we must keep by law.
